TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Omnia Data Analytics LLC ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the mobile game Frontier Siege (the "App") and this website. By downloading, installing, or playing the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.

2. License to play

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and to Apple's App Store terms (including the Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies where these Terms are silent).

3. What you may not do

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the App or any part of it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's source code, except where the law expressly permits it despite this restriction
• Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use cheats, exploits, automation, or unauthorized modifications
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable law

4. Ownership

The App — including its software, artwork, characters, story, music, sound effects, game design, and the Frontier Siege name — is owned by Omnia Data Analytics LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws worldwide. These Terms give you the right to play the App; they do not transfer any ownership to you.

5. Your save data

Game progress is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for your device and its backups; deleting the App deletes your progress. We are not able to restore lost save data, because we never have a copy of it.

6. Updates and availability

We may update, change, or discontinue the App (or any feature, level, or content within it) at any time. Updates may be required to continue playing. We do not guarantee that the App will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, or that it will be supported on any particular device or operating-system version.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OMNIA DATA ANALYTICS LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST DATA, LOST PROFITS, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer where you live.

9. Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the App. We may terminate your license if you materially breach these Terms. You may end the agreement at any time by deleting the App. Sections 4, 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Omnia Data Analytics LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you live outside the United States, you may also have the benefit of mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms overrides them. Before filing any claim, please contact us at info@omniadataanalytics.com — most concerns can be resolved quickly and informally.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and note the change in the App's update notes. Continuing to play after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
